Big FBI investigation regarding under aged girls being trafficked. People went to prison. Place was sold and demolished. The site is now luxury waterfront condo's over looking the Piscataqua River.

Quite a few of the ladies ladies worked there at one time of another, before BackPage, LOL Including Jill of RoomService or similar.
