So, how is the scene in the suburbs and I would also like recommendations on areas to live. I will be working in Philly and would like an easy commute. A lot of people use the store locator for Whole Foods and Trader joes to look for places to live. Put in the zip code for where you work and pick the distance that is the farthest you would be willing to commute then look for housing within 5 or 10 miles of the store (s) you find within your travel distance. Those stores don't generally get opened in bad areas.
