My take:

The customer was willing to let his name get into the paper.

Most aren't, that's how the thieves get away with it most of the time.

The watch was just too expensive for him to let it go.

I called, and this gal said she was Jay baby, some name. She and her older girlfriend are the east coast. She told me to meet her in Summerlin, and when I got there, she said she had an emergency and couldn't see me, and to call her the next day. Guys if you go up on Trop on the west side by the WWW do not go with a streetwalker who uses her van parked in the hotel lot I'm not saying she's LEO but she is crazy she tells me she's parked right behind dennys and I call her to come out or open up and some girl comes out of the van whos not her so I asked her what's up with thAt then she starts flipping out. Later I found out there are two vans in their lot and both had california plates so she's the one that messed up then as I was leaving she started to throw rocks LOL real weak arm LOL anyway she was wearing a pink / purplish dress about 5-6/7 around 140 short hair and she's a BSWer around upper 30's stay safe!!

Recently on Boulder I pulled into the Smart & Final. No women hanging out and was about to pull out when I hear a woman shouting something.

A heavy 45-55 ish white woman moving towards the car, she asks me if she can get a ride to Boulder Station. I was about to head home going that way. It's the next property, but she tells me her heel broke on one shoe, her feet are killing her, bla bla, "Please. Just give me a ride to Boulder Station" - I took a few seconds to consider it but she instantly said "Thank you" and raced around the front of the car to the passenger door, even though I'd never said it was ok.

So I thought "What's the harm?" so I let her in.

As soon as I'm rolling she's popping her huge boobs out, "I'm not a cop, look, I'm not a cop, let's have a date, how much have you got".

So she's carrying on like this and I'm pulling into Boulder.

She's also on the phone a few times. She says it's her sister and they're sharing the room at Boulder Station. And on the final call she's telling the person on the phone "I'm pulling into Boulder Station now. With my friend.".

I told her I didn't have enough money and she said "Well, how much do you have? I said $18 or $23 and she said "Well, that'll have to do" so I was reluctant to deal with her to begin with and now something is clearly wrong, and I'm noticing the holes in the leotard she's wearing.

So I pull around to valet in front and tell her "OK, get out and I'll park" to get her out of the car, planning to take off.

She says "I need money to renew my room". I told her no.

"Well then I'm not getting out".

"Lady, you're not getting a cent. Get out.".

"NO.".

I leaned over and she could tell what was coming and grabbed with both hands onto a handle above the passenger door (she'd opened her door) and she must have had a lot of experience. I couldn't budge her.

Then she said "If you don't give me the $23 you have for my room, I'll tell the police you raped me.".

The front valet area was deserted, but then a valet appeared.

"Call security. This woman asked me for a ride over, and now won't get out of the car.".

"OK.".

Like that she was out of the car and rapidly heading to the door of the hotel, opens the door, and just then a black pimp appears (her "sister").
She tells him "He just called for security" and she goes into the hotel.

"Why'd you call security?" the pimp quietly asks. He's standing on the passenger side of the car, I'm standing by the driver's door. I ignore him, and he disappears before a bicycle security guard appears who I tell the story to and give a description of her.

My phone had been on the front divider but when the hassling had started I'd put it in my pocket.

Before I pulled out I checked a half dozen times some bags I'd had on the passenger side before she got in which I'd put on the back seat, but all was there.

I checked and re-checked to see if she'd damaged the car seat or anything else but no.

Everything was ok.

So now before I start cruising I lock the glove box and make sure the car is empty.

I'm sure that "Not getting out of the car" scam works fairly often. Someone may have a sensitive job or a wife / significant other, and be afraid somehow this will hit the papers when the police show. Or maybe have an outstanding warrant or just want to avoid the cops for many reasons.

I run bad on Boulder Highway, as a few years ago I had something similar happen. I picked up a young woman, didn't arrive at a deal and she wouldn't get out and said she'd call the cops. It wasn't a rape scam but that I owed her money for her time (her time of a few minutes when we spoke driving down Boulder). I pulled onto a side street, pulled into an empty parking lot, took the key out of the ignition, looked at her, she looked at me, and I threw open my door and raced around to grab her, and a second after I made my move she was out of the car and running around the car to avoid me catching her.

At least one poster here wrote of a similar "I'm not getting out of the car unless you give me money" situation with a hooker where they didn't strike a deal.

It's important to not give in to this. They get success with it and keep doing it, and tell their girlfriends and they start doing it.

I stopped allowing SW jump in my car unless I check them out visually, but looks don't tell you the whole story lot of times.

You really don't have time to screen them standing on the sidewalk and you're run the risk of suspicion of LEO if you try to talk to them parked on the sidewalk, so screening takes place in the car, which becomes a problem.

The girl always approaches me or lets me approach her, if she is a real SW. Then I notice if she has all her teeth, if she has no drug sores, is she has reasonable hygiene, reasonably good looking. If she is too anxious to get in my car, I know I will have a hard time getting her out. Too many tales of a SW jumping in a guys car, and she won't leave, several have said a SW has pulled a razor or knife. I want to size them up first, and I know you have to be careful of people watching you talk to a SW. I did have one get in the car and wanted a lot of $, so I told her I was with metro, and she jumped out at the next corner.

If she's the type to say I don't have a phone or any excuse of that nature then theres your only red flag that you need to know in not furthering your (Entanglements with stormtroopers or herself, yes MasterJedi that's for you) always think with big head not little richard!!
