I've always adhered to the spirit of the saying "Hide in plain site..." If you try to go somewhere that is secluded, make sure it really is, and that it's not a place where someone could easily notice an unusual presence. Parking lots are not only likely to be under video surveilance, they may also be someplace a strange car will look out of place. Stay away from all the places Garthy mentions, including anything that is a cul-de-sac where you can't make a fast exit. One-way streets with plenty of cars parked on both sides of the street are the best at times of the day when there aren't a lot of people around on foot.

I've seen that girl you're referring to, I'm not so sure she's a SW. She is very pretty, shoulder length red hair (more red than brown) and thin.
