I don't know about Noblesville specifically, but if you look through the Indianapolis posts, the standard rate is $60 for an hour's massage (though some places are charging $70) and $140 (plus $20 in a few cases) for FS. $100 for BJ -- though more for BB. I frequently read the Indianapolis posts before our options finally opened up in Muncie last year. $200 all in was the average I was seeing.

Personally, I've only gotten FS twice (one at Madison and one at 10th-Anderson). I purposely only take $200 with me. I pay the house fee and whatever is left over is what I have to negotiate with. They both quoted $200 for boom-boom, but all I had to say was that all I had on me was $120 or $130 or whatever and they both agreed to it. $200 is my limit, and even that is steep in my opinion. If the house fee goes up, well then the tip just came down. I remember when house fee was $40 and a decent tip for L1 was $40. In and out for $80. The only haggling problem I ever had was at the old Sunny Spa off Tillotson years ago, where she tried to upcharge for girls out during L1. As others pointed out you can pay less for an actual escort. But getting them to respond and set up an appointment when you need it can be a crap shoot. It's all a supply and demand problem.
