Condom manufacturers can not offer any assurances once the condom is exposed to oxygen / environment for any length of time. Open a condom, it's expected to be used within a short amount of time.
Having said that, knew one girl that I saw often. She kept them in a pill container that was large in diameter. Took one out one at a time.

I knew a girl who kept hers hidden in a sunglasses case, and she would bring one in the room for each client.

When the RA opens the condom package, they usually flush the wrapper down the toilet to get rid of the evidence. Then they inspect the condom to make sure it does not have a pinhole leak or was otherwise damaged when opening the packet. After the deed, they flush the used condom to get rid of that bit of evidence.
