Were you able to clarify and confirm that FS is not available with her? At 420 that's way to rich for my blood unless I knew exactly what the expectations were.

She is quick to reply and communications were easy. My interpretation; L1 is $180. FS is YMMV, but is possible w the $300 package. Add on to the those prices the cost of a room, or she'll get one for 120 extra. So. That's $420 for a possible FS, with an overweight middle aged woman.
Better than a working girl w demons and a handler, but pricey otherwise.
