Has anyone seen the decoys stand out in streets like many of the SW's do. I asking because if a car stops and a decoy walks up to the window and talks to him then this it's possible that this could be used as the basis for a loiiering with intent to solicitation charge. About a year ago the Pomona PD conducted a sting operation. Most of the arrests were for loitering.

I know this happened on LBB. I don't think I've ever heard about this on fig.

Had a cruise in between a work meeting. Drove Imperial and North on Fig. Between there and Gage saw a young BSW in booty shorts heavy make up. Nice and thin with a great ass. 7/10.
