General Reports

Ski, I am glad your other posts got deleted. I didn't see the purpose of spamming 4 different forums with the same question. Rather than get you answers, that kind of stuff just annoys the crap out of people. Also you have been around since February but no reports. Only questions. As another poster pointed out, if you provide some info here, then people give back. If you are just going to ask questions, you are likely to get ignored.

Now I don't have an answer for you here but I have an opinion. My opinion is that if vg opened up under a new name but at the same location, then they are stupid, and I personally would not go to that location, as obviously there will be people watching now, since the news reports. (whether it be the 'hawaii reporter, other 'real' news agencies, LE, or just neighbors.) No thanks.

By the way, Lei is advertising on BP that she will be on Oahu for a short time.

It's just that I posted really the same question several months back when Tasha contacted me by e-mail and I didn't get any response. I thought maybe I chose the wrong thread to post the question on and somebody who could answer the question just didn't see it. So not knowing which would be the best thread to post it on I decided trying the 4 threads that made sense. Bad move on my part!

I actually do post reviews on pretty much everybody I see. I just post them on another well known review site. I post them under the same handel if anybody wants to look at them. I find the format of that site to be much more favorable for posting reviews. I don't think this format is good at all for posting reviews because after a couple of days they just get buried in the thread and probably only a few if any people will benefit from the review. IMO, this bulletin board format is really best for asking questions while the other review website is a lousy place to ask questions although I do respond to questions in PM's I receive from different people. I'm also only in Hawaii about once a month so I don't follow this board on a regular basis which is another reason IMO it's a poor forum to post reviews.

I agree with your opinion on VG which is why I've stayed away although Tasha has assured me over e-mail that everything is good at their incall. I'd still like to see Lei if our schedules ever coincide with us both being on Oahu at the same time which it did about 2 months ago, but I just don't want to take the risk of going to that old VG incall. I'd still like to know if anybody has been there since the media report / sting?

Lei has e-mailed me every time she has come-back to Honolulu, but I have Not partaken.

I caught Hawaii Goes Fishing this past week and Cindy Paliracio was learning to cast an ulua pole, boy was that a sight to behold. She was in shorts and damn she has some great legs and a nice ass! Hottest fishing show host I've seen.

Dam I just went to look at a persons profile and noticed Jackson has eliminated a person sign up date, could be key info IMO, anyone know when this occurred or is it because I'm using an android, that this feature doesn't exist?

The deletion of a member's sign up date was taken into effect a while back. I can't remember exactly when; probably about a year ago. Has anyone noticed the search function is not working properly? When I search for a provider, and click on the post, it takes me all the way back to 2010. This has only happened recently.

As a new member I'm trying to do as much reading of old posts as possible. One reoccurring theme is to use the search feature. I can't seem to figure it out. At best I can get it to highlight certain words, but I still have to scroll through all the old posts. Any tips would be appreciated, or where to go to read up on "how to".

Thanks in advance[/QUOTE]I'm not sure about the search feature located on the Honolulu forum display page, called the "search forum" (that's the one showing all threads having to do in honolulu for example the "Backpage advertiser review","Massage parlour reports" ect, as this feature may be to general a search and will bring up almost to much info leaving you to figure out which report are relevant to your needs, not as easy as it sounds, believe me, but as for the search thread feature located on the top right of every thread, not the very top but right below the page number display, that feature is an on again off again feature, sometimes work sometimes no work, but don't let it stop you from using it, you may also try the advanced search feature, my advice is try playing with all the features available, because this will be your main investigating tool on this site, as opposed one of those "anybody have the scoops with this one", as you may need information now and not in a day or two, and besides its good etiquette to investigate on your own before you ask for info publicly. I can say this for a guy with 2 reports you've already ask better question then I have at two reports and if you continue to utilize the search feature you're going to save yourself some mean bucks for sure!

Click on any post that it shows, and it will bring you to a totally different page then the particular post you clicked on. There are certain threads where the search funtion works fine, and others such as the "massage therapist" thread where it is totally screwy.

While on the topic of the search function, try searching for three letter names such as "ivy" or "Jay". Forget it! It is too vague to search for, but the old setup it worked fine.

But I do find that it freaks out quite a bit also, ad you advised I went to the MT thread and searched for a name, and only one out of three times did it return anything close to what I was looking for. Although it was spot on when searching from the parent "Honolulu" section.

I'm not sure what the old way was, but I'm pretty sure it was better.
