I dare any member of this board who has seen Christina to challenge me about these new "guidelines about UTR Christina." They are voluntary to follow. This is more of an honor system challenge to any monger planning to see her.
I'm no white knight here. I've simply seen my share of good, bad and definitely the ugly. Christina is one of the good ones who has made some bad mistakes and has experienced some ugly shit. She's a diamond in the rough who I believe finally wants a better life. She's scared about what she's doing (as in this board). She said she almost went the BP route and I think I scared her straight to avoid that altogether. She said she's relatively new at this and I believe all of the above. Sucker? Maybe. But like I said, I'm a LOT more experienced than my membership time on this board by decades.
So here's my suggested Christina guidelines. Just be kind to and patient with this girl. YMMV but if you're simply nice to her and don't make her feel like she needs to do something she doesn't want to do, she'll relax and give back 100 x's more. She doesn't want to live where she lives. She doesn't want to do what she's doing (but she's doing what she's doing willingly and really wants to do a good job while she's doing it). I believe this girl is trying hard after living her life where, as of very recently, there wasn't even any concept of what trying would accomplish. I don't think she needs or wants a controller. I think she wants to solve her life on her own. But what the fuck do I know?
Look, I've seen 'them all. But I really sense this girl is trying to pull herself up from a really down place (formerly homeless).
Now the good news:
This girl is beautiful. She's a little beaten up from life itself with a few, but tolerable "battlescars" and a couple of zits here and there. Body needs a good day at the spa. But she's clean, does her best to present herself well (nails actually well cared-for), and does her best during the session. My instincts said to take it slow with her and they were on the mark. LFK soon became DFK. Almost FIV because deep FIV. Hint: lots of foreplay goes a looooooong way with Christina. Once she was ready for CFS she wouldn't stop. The overall encounter was just short of a true GFE by the time it was over. There's no question a second visit becomes full GFE. And I have every intention to repeat.
For a MILF who popped out two offspring, there is no way you can tell by looking at her petite 26 year old frame. No stretch marks to find anywhere and her perfect little be cups were firmer than any 2-kid MILF I've ever encountered. BTW, the kids are safe and being brought up elsewhere.

I didn't ask how much but that answers lots of questions as to why she's living there. Is he her pimp? I don't think so. He actually appears to be a nice guy (yeah, I met him because she came out into the hallway to meet me on the second attempt and promised things were cool and spider senses said all was OK). He left the apartment (as she promised he would) shortly after I arrived.
$.5 for the unrushed hour that ensued after she spent nearly an hour just talking with me to feel me out until she realized she could relax. Did anyone else sense this girl to be uptight at all when you met her? Maybe because I tend to dress well? Maybe she thought I was LE? She never asked for identification or anything up front so maybe she did.
Once things got rolling things went really well. She's very responsive to a little giving. You give a little to her and she responds really well. She paid attention the whole time. Didn't pay any attention to her phone (a plus for sure).
I would normally conclude the $ she's making is going to support some kind of habit or the roommate. But I think she's not quite able to save enough to get her own place just yet. But maybe this is all she can do right now. My radar is good but I saw no trackmarks or evidence of substance use of any kind.
Her bedroom in her tolerable north Dayton apartment didn't smell of smoke even though there was a half smoked cig in the ashtray on one of two folding chairs in her room (the only furniture other than a night table and the bed). The lamp didn't even have a shade to cover the bare lightbulb. Though it was sorta clean, it wasn't too messy. BYOBeverage!
Other negatives:
Roommate was back in the apartment once we were done. But that wasn't so unexpected because we went longer than the originally planned hour. And he was good about not making his return obvious (a plus) and was cordial and even shook my hand as I exited. It was awkward but it never felt dangerous for a moment.
A suggestion: she is also not totally reliable if she's not already at her apartment when she's making plans to see you soon thereafter. If you're going to make a plan with her where the plan includes her returning to her apartment to see you, don't start heading over to her place strictly based on an agreed arrival time. I advise you keep the texts / calls to a minimum but be up front with her and tell her to be realistic about estimated arrival, and to agree to keep text communication high, etc. Expect her to need another 30 minutes at least to "freshen up" before she's going to really be ready once she arrives home before you. In other words, I don't think you can expect a short visit even if you're only going for a half hour if she's heading home from an outing. Again, YMMV for sure here.
My apologies to fellow monger BryanO but it's not a "nice" apartment. It's a "tolerable" apartment. The complex / building is lower budget than I would typically step foot in. Any apartment building with an internal hallway where residents hang out in hallways and leave their front doors open is a little too budget for me. Inside her room the bed appeared clean but she needs decent pillows. And I doubt very much that she has more than one set of sheets.
IMHO it's unlikely she's going to do an outcall until she's either met you at her incall or if you at least offer to take her to a nice meal for a meet and greet (something I would suggest if you plan to host). I think she would be willing.
Her dance card appears to be filling up fast based on some recent reports. So if you've been fortunate enough to have already gotten her digits be patient. She's worth the wait.
If you don't have digits you'll have to get them from BoilerHP or Goodson2000. She didn't want referrals from me quite yet because she said she can't keep up with the recent influx of calls. She commented that her phone just started burning up today. I told her that was probably because of the recent quality reviews on this board. At least her reviews here appear to be creating results for her.
Final thoughts / suggestions for UTR Christina:
Bring her a little gift! Seriously. This girl could use some basics for her room. My suggested Christmas list:
A pillow (and don't forget the pillow case).
Another pillow with pillow case.
A bed sheet.
A lamp shade (standard two-post fit).
A six pack of bottled water.
Why all this effort when there are other SP's in the area (like Nikki the Newbie)? There's just something about UTR Christina that leads me to say she's worth helping. I will repeat.

I was in contact with her in May. Tried to reach her on Halloween and got no response. I figured he is out of the game.
Talked to Greeneyes yesterday and as some of you guys may know she lives in a low lying area and with all the rain we got last weekend her house was flooded. She wanted me to let everyone know she'll be busy the next week or so cleaning up and putting her house back in order and won't be taking any calls. Any of you guys that know her and want to help her out give her a call. For the record, she didn't ask and I am not asking. Read all of the other reports about this SP and you find consensus. Not much else to say. Easy set up once you have her digits (ask someone else). Place isn't the greatest place in the world but it sufficed. She's got a great body for a MILF. She definitely needs a little warm-up time. But she delivers. And she's cute for sure. Her new asking price is $.5 for the hour. I consider that high for her but I didn't leave a tip. Maybe the rate will go down once I become a regular. Will repeat.
