I have no idea what the AMP scene is in Anchorage, or any of your other mongering areas, but in NOVA it's rare to find an AMP where FS is on the menu and even if there are some that option would almost never be available for a first-time client.
The general tipping benchmarks have been discussed often in this forum and most of the time you'll see mongers paying 40 for a clothed HJ, 60 if the top comes off or if substantial roaming is allowed and around 80 for oral options (give or receive). Of course, there are variations around these amounts depending on a few other variables, but those are pretty much the going rates. From your description it sounds like Candy provided somewhere around the 60-80 level of service.
Don't know how long you'll be staying in the area but hopefully those guidelines will help you if you visit another AMP. As for the latter point, far too true. The first two places I visited, I tipped a little more after I fell for the acting, then hoped to earn future 'goodwill' before I knew anything.
