I've actually made small talk with the pimp a couple of times. I'm not sure how he treats her, but he was pleasant enough all things considered. We talked about the NFL for a few minutes while he was on the balcony. Just a guy trying to get by on life even if by nefarious means.

Damage was $60, and there were no rules or complaints, though I'm pretty much a vanilla missionary wham-bam-thank you ma'am kind of monger. The Lisa you're talking about seems to describe the Lisa that Mya stays with. She's pretty average and not really chubby body wise, but her face and voice are pretty rough. Her black pimp / boyfriend is never a problem, as far as I and another poster have been concerned. So long as you're not a problem-maker, I don't think there will be any issue.
