Went out really early today and no luck but have some things to report.
MCM was totally dead but there was some action in CW. I first saw a light skinned BSW who said her name was Red about a quarter mile from BP. She had on a white coat and had her hair in a bun. Sort of fit the description of Bree LF was talking about. Nice enough, kind of a hood accent. Asked if she needed a ride and wanted to do something? She said yeah but needed to run to BP first and asked if I could take her? I did and she ran in and took a while and as I was waiting she walked around the side of the building and I eventually left. She didn't ask for any money or try to run a scam, I guess she just wanted to score something first and I wasn't trying to wait on her so I left only being out a ride in the direction I was going in anyway.
Next I noticed Caseys bfs car parked on a side street so she must have been down there. I parked and waited to see if she would actually get out. Sat for 15 or 20 minutes and she didn't bother getting out of the damn car. They moved around a couple times and reparked but she still didn't get out. I have a feeling her bf is a complete dumbass. Probably worried she will find some other guy that isn't a total piece of shit to shack up with and then he can't get all his bills paid off her mouth, so he has to be around all the time.
While I was waiting on Casey I noticed a WSW with dark hair and a black jacket that I had not seen before walking towards me. I was about to pull up and try to talk to her when another car turned around a corner and guess he yelled to her because she turned around and walked back to him to get picked up. I gave up on Casey a bit later and turned around the block to head out and I saw that same girl in the black jacket again. Pulled up and asked if she needed a lift and she said she was just walking to the gas station but I could take her. She said her name was Cici / CeeCee. Pretty cute with dark hair. Probably 8/10. She said she lives in CW and said she is only out working randomly. She said she was too tired to do anything and already made the money she needed from the last guy that picked her up. First time I'd ever heard that. Didn't have a number but says she lives there so maybe get lucky sometime. Anyone run into her before?

Probably will come as a shock to some people that insist she is dead, if it is her. I've spoken with almost all of the girls that have been locked up recently in CW and McM, and they all said they were picked up walking alone and busted for drugs or had outstanding warrants for not showing up to court. None of them were with a monger when they got picked up. The two most popular girls in CW had active warrants which was why they got picked up aside from being out walking at night and searched for drugs.
Safe to say there weren't any active stings targeting mongers, especially in CW.
Saw Casey has started coming out after dark in CW for the second night in a row but she had her gimp boyfriend standing right next to her the whole time when they finally got out of the car. She was sitting and talking with him and some other guy that is usually out on the streets for a while when I saw her. No opportunity to pick her up unless you want to have a conversation with those guys too. Who knows how long she will do that since the weather was kind of nice and it will just get colder. Doesn't seem like she has any interest in making money or being found by her regulars.
I saw CeCe again wearing the same black jacket but she disappeared somewhere before I had a chance to pick up. She looks a little like Kat Dennings without the huge tits.

Concerning Casey's behavior having her BF with her, the only scenario that I can think of is that she had some bad interaction with a monger and that she wants her BF with her should should she encounter the monger again. Myself, I would not approach her if I believe her BF is any where near by.
Made a tour down MCM mid afternoon yesterday as I was in the area. Wasn't expecting much since I rarely see anything but zombies there. Saw a somewhat taller, thin brunette wearing jeans with a tight maroon sweater. Not gorgeous but a solid 7-8 for SW I'd say. I'm guessing maybe late 30's?
