I've now upped it to 200-250 $ and still see an avg of two SB's per week. The ones that I see now are between the ages of 21 and 26, one was 29. They initially respond with 400 - 500 $ dollars per meeting, and I counter with my offer, and 9 times out of 10 they usually accept.
