I would suggest error on the side of caution. There are enough providers in and around the Gem City to avoid 1 or 2 who could be suspect. Better safe than sorry.

The instagram thing does not sound like her, only way to know is contact her per her email and see what she says.

Jasmine found this report not very amusing and called me and ask her version to be here. I don't know what has happened and I won't guess. I'm not on either side.
