If you're looking for a consistent quality in women, you probably won't get that anywhere and you'll be at the mercy of the draw as every massage place has good looking women and ugly women. Some reports say so and so AMP generally have younger women and that is generally true but not always true.
If you're looking for specific services, then you can start to narrow to specific parlors. For example, if you want table showers, only a handful of places offer table showers. If you want a decent massage, Happy off of Valley is fairly consistent with the quality of their massages.
Also, depending on the owner, you get differing quality of women. If you get a fairly lax owner, you get girls who generally enjoy their job more but they are more selective of who they want to service. I've been told by some girls that they straight up reject black guys. While some owners might force their girls to take on anyone and they causes the women working there to be more tiresome and moody. So if you find a place where the girls love the owner, then you might want to go back there if you had a good experience.
Ultimately, it just depends on you. There's no reason to stick to a single place other than specific services or if a place charges $40 instead of $50.

I'm out 3-4 days a week, so I'd run into an issue of repeating too many girls if I just stuck to 1 Spa. If I was on a budget of 1 time per week or once a month, I still probably wouldn't stick to 1 Spa. I would go after the best reviewed girls regardless of which Spa they're at. Within a certain distance. You'll have less issues with running into fillers and duds.

1. Easier to survive a bust. If you get busted at a house, there's really not much excuses you can give for being there. At an AMP, you were there for a legitimate massage.
2. Houses always tend to rush the nut in my experience. I haven't successfully negotiated a massage at a house before, maybe you can share how you approach this?
3. Less likely to get busted at an AMP. Houses are generally in neighborhoods with nosy neighbors and people will realize what's going on if there are just a constant stream of men going in and out of a house during the course of the day for months on end. An AMP is a business and it's normal to get a constant stream of customers.

I just politely ask the girl to massage an area where I'm having pain. I don't ask for a "body massage" because they'd probably view that as extra work, but they've been quite happy to work on an area I'm having trouble with. So I say something like, "My shoulder really hurts; could you massage it for a few minutes?" I tried negotiating with the house owner / booker, but that didn't go anywhere. I got flat-out denied.
