I think Dude chased her got his wallet back. (Not the money?) Said something about having more money on him that she was asking for and found out ehen he was actually forking out the wallet and grabbed the whole thing. So that's why she stole it or some other drug induced reasoning. Beware around the old Hess / Speedway. Uncle was doing a little activity back there this afternoon. They are using the old spotter trick. Today was an old light blue faded SUV. They sometimes use an old faded dark green Jeep Cherokee. This person looks like a monger, drives like a monger but is only watching for you to scoop. Then, he follows, spots, then sends the bacon smoke signal.

Sadly, these tend to be girls who can't even get work as a waitress because it will not support whatever habit / person / child they are supporting. As I have also seen over the last few years, even if you try to help them, they mistaken your kindness for weakness, until they windup dead or on a long vacation upstate.
