I'm game for a new list. Heck, I'll volunteer to collect data, compile it, and report back. I propose we use the rating scale being used on the Richmond SD forum (an interesting read). There are four attributes: face; body; personality; and skills. Each is graded 1 to 10; 10 being outstanding.
