There are a ton of FireFox plugins that allow you to right-click an image and search Google for pages that use that image. The official plugin from Google is named "Search by image (by Google)". Its probably safer than the ton of knock-offs by unknown random people on the internet. There may be similar plugins / features for other browsers.
If you image search an ad, and google pops up pages from over the internet with the same picture, then she either travels or its a stolen pic. If the picture is someone famous, often it'll even tell you the actress / model / singer / person's name.
TinEye's not too hard to use. Go to the image you want to check out, right click on it, and pick Copy Image URL. Then go to [URL]https://www.tineye.com/[/URL], paste it in the Image Address field on the right, and pick Search.
I tried with the images from that escortsmeet link and didn't get any hits. Not saying it's legit, but at least the images aren't a point against it.
