They kind of suck now don't they? I guess I've been spoiled in Vegas+China. Didn't know rooms were so expensive here. I looked up some K-rates, and compared them to travelocity. And they were priced very similar. I think the only deal was possibly the 1/2 off or free parking. Looking to fly someone in for a week of fun.

Just got a computer again, while I may not be as active as I once was before, I will definitely stop by here more often. I see I have a LOT of PMs to read, re-read, and reply to; I'm sorry for not responding in a timely fashion. Haha! sheehs more than 6 months ago these PMs!
Also want to say thanks to those who supported me when dealing with some of my RL stuff. I still have some problems- and believe you me, its going to get cleaned up. I _will_ respond to each and every one of my PMs, thanks all for your support and wondering where the heck I been. I'm ok, in decent health, could be better (can't we all say that? Heh) but not much mula for mongering like before. Times are hard.

I just googled Kamaaina, and it brought up a ton of the local chains. When I went to compare it to travelocity. Seemed like I was only saving $5-10. I prob would use free or 1/2 off parking a lot though. But hotwire almost seems like a better deal.

But hotwire almost seems like a better deal.[/QUOTE]Yeah I tell you this, a hotel offering free parking or even half off parking may seem like chicken feed, but in actuality if you had to pay for guest parking with the price for hotel guest parking being about 20-25 bucks a day on average and you can go around and check but the last time I looked that was the norm. That means if a room cost 100 you'd still have to purchase parking that means an extra 20-25 a night, that will add up fast, and if you think hotel parking for guest is expensive try park your car in one of those paid public parking in Waikiki, cost you more then that with in / out privledges. So my advice is to look at the cost for everything parking included cause that becomes a good discount if they offering you free parking.

Was sitting with my wife, checking out my facebook page and up pops a 'People you may know and want to friend' link to friend request Nikki sweet! Wife didn't notice and I quickly paged away, but WTF? I've never emailed her, only called using my cell phone and deleted from the history. Anybody else have anything like this happen. Racking my brain to figure out how facebook mined the connection.

See if FB has search for friend using phone number.

If you've listed your phone number in your About Me section, people can find you by searching for it. They can only find you if they search for you using t.

1. Go to your privacy settings.
2. Click Edit Settings next to How You Connect.
3. Using the drop down menu, choose Everyone, Friends of Friends or Friends.
If you don't want anyone to be able to find you using your phone number, you can remove your phone number from Facebook by deleting the number (and clicking Save) in your About Me section.

Doesn't mean you know them. If you'd like, for the more safety of it, I can delete my # and see if that helps. Guys, please let me kno of things like this so I can make sure you're identity isn't put out there. Or I also recommend a fb account that wife doesn't kno about. Many girls like me do use fb. Guys usually make an alternate account. Be careful tho.

But more a small question of conspiracy I guess.
Its pretty simple. If prostitution and AMPs are "kept open" by locales and their police force knowing full well that these places help to keep riffraff off the street (not calling anyone here riffraff) and help to alleviate rape and other lewd crimes, then why the fuck do they bust johns from time to time in stings? Its one of the foggiest hypocrisies I can think of because I think they know all of this.

Its one of the foggiest hypocrisies I can think of because I think they know all of this.[/QUOTE]I don't know that keeping AMP's open helps alleviates lewd crime and rape, I read that rape is a control and power issue, but anyway I get your point, same with those gambling parlours they are kept open as well, I'm not sure if that area where Orchids, the 7-11 store on Atkinson, extending past keeaumoku street area is still designated a weed and seed area, but it is believed by many that those places the gambling rooms and massage parlours are kept open so they (le) can have a place where the criminal elements frequents so if the need arises le knows exactly where to go and who to talk to, so they can pick somene up on a warrants. Just a side note, back when world war II was gathering steam, we had over a million of our soldiers come through the islands on their way to or from the midway island and the Pacific theather, the military saw a need for a place where these young men (most of them just out of high school) could go and just cut loose with booze and hookers as many of these young men realized that the chances of not returning home was very real. Their solution? Take control of the downtown brothels, literally becoming the brothels security and actually standing at the door of these brothels, also setting the going rate for a session at one of the many brothels that littered the. Downtown / chinatown area and also setting the rules for the brothels providers as to where they were allowed to go, and where they were forbidden to go and who they could be seen with out I public, long story short, public sentiment was against the military and feeling ran deep against these malahinis, as they would often get drunk as hell and rape and harass the local women, hence the military took control of the brothels for one, a place for its soldiers to blow steam, and two, to keep an eye out for the soldier so they had limited interaction with the locals, in other words to keep their guy in an area where they knew the local didn't frequent, but the fear of the public finding out that the government was involved with these brothels compelled them to make a deal with the local police more specifically the department of Vice and Virtue, who later we just called the vice squad and now its called the crime reduction unit or C. R. U, so from federal government run to state run brothels many of the vice guys who were in charge of running the brothels are now retired cops, who had last known control of the illegal prostitution on this island. I know this and a lot more to this story because I saw this on the discovery channel. Eerily amazing, should help explain a lot till this day, retired doesn't mean done in this case, you can go to the discovery channels website and see this specific episode, think you got to do a search on their site for redlights district or honlulu's chinatown, real eye opening or sure.
