In my experience, front of the house fees for an hour range between. . 6 and. . 8. I can't speak to anything else because I NEVER request less than an hour. As for the "extras" fee, I never ask THEM for a number. I always have the amount of the door price, plus what I am going to offer for what I want. THAT is usually between 1. 5 and 2. 0 - plus I always have a bit extra if I need to sweeten the pot.
