Points mean free nights and perks such as upgraded rooms. If I was traveling to Huntsville and staying a couple of nights per week I would use the same hotel every time. Embassy Suites, Westin and Marriott are all owned by different chains. It does not add up staying at different hotel chain, of course this is just my two cents.

Lately I have received multiple phone calls from guys terrified because they "got a strange text message", which basically explains that their number is on a website exposing their name and number as a person who may be a "john" inquiring about ladies and it has a link to a website where they can pay nearly two hundred bucks to remove their personal info. I have received so many if these calls with guys frantic asking my opinion about if it is real and the guys who call me are so afraid that they are about to just pay the money to this website just in case it's real.

I have researched this site (there are a few look alike sites also) and it is total BS and a scam to terrify guys into paying. The way your info gets added to this particular site is that you reply by a call or text msg to a fake backpage ad or escort ad elsewhere and they return your call or text with the text saying you have been exposed and added to the site. If you have given a name they add this as well.

If you pay to have your info removed, get ready cause you will get more requests for money cause they have figured out your a sucker. My advise is to play it safe from the beginning when your inquiring about ladies independent, agency, known or not and always have a "hobby phone" which is a second phone (not your main cell) and make yourself a hobby name. We ladies have stage names and so should you!

My research indicated the site and others like it says that, "For a mere $195.97, they will "investigate the claims" to delete the profile of an "exposed john" within two weeks, and expedited services carry an even heftier price tag, costing up to nearly $500 for a "premium 24 hour investigation. ".

Don't fall victim to this guys. If you do you will only be further funding the efforts of a scam artist and allowing them assistance in building their business.

Great advise. I assume that Wal-Mart has burner phones that can be bought? Not new to the idea of a burner phone but never got one. I personally have a fake Google account, have Google voice loaded on my smart phone and am given an option to use my real number or Google number to make a phone call. I usually make cheap international phone calls using Google but also use Google Voice (mobile) if I want to remain anonymous.

Choose what you like, can explain if an SO finds it on your phone, and less history tracking the better.

Is there any easier way to see how long someone has been a member on this board other than searching for their posts?

I find myself doing that more and more lately.
