Should have listened to the majority of inputs. Dumpy hotel on Franklin should have given it away but I drove 30 minutes so I gave it a shot. Does not look near as good as pics and I believe there is a monkey lurking (as well as a handler). Was not freshly showered and smelled a lot like cigarette smoke.
