When you generate a few thousand dollars of water damage they are going to go to the video tape (including the ones which monitor the parking lot.)
Most of us can afford a small beat from the scammers should we learn a lesson. Escalating the situation leads to a lot of negative possible outcomes. If a lady is ripping off dudes she knows where to find the pepper spray, knife, etc she has hidden in her room.
