I think I'll check out cheeks from now on based on quality off girls, or soon to check out Alicia's cabaret. Living room, based on the last several experiences, has a major bouncer "ego" problem. In other words, Walmart can't take your photo without your consent and then use that photo in one of their ads. If Alicia's is posting these patron photos on their Facebook page, that is implied commercial use. Besides that, it's not good ethics to post patron photos on social media and that's why 99% of all strip clubs post photos of an empty club or the dancers only.

If Alicia's was using the images of customers in s TV ad, or in a way that specifically proves they use them to make money they might have a point. But when your in a public place, the law says you have no expectation of privacy and could not file a lawsuit. Plus since they are jut posting to a Facebook page (which they are not making money off of) they can claim they are not using the pics for financial gain.
On another note, looks like the rumors of The Harem going up for sale at the end of August do not appear to be accurate.
Have had some good times in Dayton clubs recently. Specifically NYNY and Cheeks. Especially would like to give a thumbs up to NYNY as the vibe is laid back and the girl selection seeming to be getting better without the hassle and oversight at Cheeks. Also my lap dances at NYNY have been very good with much contact and touching allowed (YMMV) and some minimal extras. I recommend Monday's at NYNY with $10 lap dance and a typically a decent turnout of girls. Makes me really miss my time in South Florida. Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach clubs will definitely ruin you for the holes that we have up here (of course the women in general there I found to be much higher quality than in Ohio also, but that's another story).
