It would not surprise me if LE monitors this site occasionally. But in general I don't think they are very motivated to do anything unless someone complains. The reason that SW get hassled so often is that people in those neighborhoods complain about them. Not must complaining about BP girls because they are usually invisible. Occasionally LE decides to go on a sting just to make a show of it and say 'see we are doing something'. But if they wanted to really catch as many as they could it wouldn't be that hard to grab 25 to 50 a day. It's just not worth their time for such a small crime. The last one I heard about getting caught got 8 hours community service.

So in this case someone almost certainly complained to LE.
