I have seen some of his Seal approval. It's still YMMV scenario. He also listed the criteria for his seal. Some I agree with and others not so much. As always it's still YMMV kind of thing!! He is pretty much the Billy Mays of The Hobby. I got more sloppy seconds from that guy than a fat guy at Golden Corral!
YMMV with every girl out there due to chemistry, attraction, attitude of both monger and girl, hygiene, and who knows what else. However, I will say that with Penrose tends to be fairly spot when it comes to the girls he's reviewed / experienced. I would say they tend to mirror my experiences with the same girls as well.

He's reviews are pretty much on point.
