This scam was common in the Atlanta area about 10 years ago. Some rogue tow drivers were working a racket off Ponce Deleon track. One of them got his ass blown away and the others lost their nerve I guess. My advice to you is don't be in the game if you're afraid to lose. I mean why risk it? As for me, I don't give a shit.
