I'm a long time monger in Philly. I have a project iff 495 by the old Dupont. Will be there for months. I see the many references to strolls in that area. Would someone list the streets / areas where I can fine early morning friends. Your help would be appreciated. I usually stroll down 13 past airport to Walmart but nothing there for weeks. That's the only area I know from years past.

[I](not sure I should post a pic of her)[/I] I first dated Jodi in 2015 and maybe again in 2016. BUT I found her on uLA and she was apparently living up that way for a while. Then several years later, after word was out about her "real estate" problem and she was 'no fly,' I saw her up by the MetroPCS on MDA. Actually I turned in the street to go to Metro and there she was on the side street! Turned her down then as I did the other day. She is a nice "girl" - er has grey hairs so probably 45-50 age wise.

Its funny I came up with the idea of dating both of them together when I saw them both walking down 4th towards Greenhill eating ice cream. Saw those two beautiful bodies side by side and just decided to make it happen. Hit up Amanda about it next time I saw her and the next day we did it. It was not easy, Amandas phone wasnt receiving text mssgs at the appointed time, kaitlyn didnt show up at Amandas. Saw "always preggers" Ashley this evening walking along uLA.
Two girls came out of the 711 on MDA and gave me the look on my second pass. One could have been Ashley or Angie. Should have stopped as I had my back up.

My experience is that on Warm Summer days, that when the sun goes down, the girls come out of the woodwork. Girls all said this was 4th weekend, so dudes got paid today, so expecting a big night and big weekend. Go Get 'them!
Oh and saw the boys in brown camped out at Door of Hope, right next door to Papa John's. Strange but something to be aware of!

Was just taking advantage of the nice weather and my wife's business trip cruising around with no luck. Is it all in my mind? Weird I drive all over Wilmington and dont ever feel quite like that anywhere else. That block is just soooo obvious. I know it's harder than it sounds but just give it a try. I'm not trying to be a dick but I really want more guys to report. Leads you get and report could give me an advantage and vice versa. If you want the most bang for your bucks I suggest you drive all the loops ULA, 4th, and MDA. Try to do a loop of them all then at some point reverse it so it seems like you went somewhere and are coming back. Thats gold right there. Also make random checks of downtown, west, tatnall, Washington, 8th, and 9th, when your loops go too quick which they will, Wilmington is small, you can use those to spread some time out between loops. I also check out rt 9, gov Printz, and north market st from time to time but they are a lot farther out. Not sure it’s worth it. Just don’t want to pass up the gems if they’re there.

I have given up on scooping anything off of 4th St unless it is a known quantity. Have seen LE sitting observing activities too many times. PLUS I know a buddy who contacted DELJIS on another matter and learned how many times his tag had been auto read by plate scanning devices in that area. Plus there are traffic cams all over the place. Finally, I believe there was a LARGE take down of dealers recently in the uLA area. Seems like the "traffic" for meds has shifted to the lower 4th St area. Something that will eventually draw additional attention. Safety is what you make of it. I guess one skilled (ie "street") could have success anywhere. Problem with Delmore is that there are always independent businessmen hanging around and one is going to get noticed and offered. I saw Mya waving at another car as I was just passing her on tatnal, she didn't see me so I circled the block real quick and caught up with her. Also I saw a pretty young brunette in the same area earlier in the day but by the time I circled she was gone. I was actually looking for the brunette when I found Mya. Once I knew for sure she was working it was easy. I just got super lucky.
The street smarts is just a lot of small learned skills that build with time. I still got ripped off a month ago so Im not perfect. Hardest part is figuring out if theyre working and getting there before the next guy while checking all your mirrors to see whos watching. I guess that does sound hard. Haha

So many guys just pull a you turn right in the middle of Maryland ave to catch a girl but that's just a invitation to get pulled over. Uncle sits at the top and bottom of that hill a lot just looking for people doing dumb stuff like that. Most of the time they get to the girls first but they're also going to get busted first. Just pull around the block and try to get ahead of where the girl is going and then try to discreetly meet up with her. May we all be lucky.
