To answer your questions in order;

I think what makes a good GFE depends on personal preference. For me, it's her giving up a level of intimacy. This could be honest conversation, eye contact, kissing, not jumping out of bed. GFE, Girl Friend Experience. Once again I'll say that it is up the the guy what he considers a good GFE. I think it comes down to what that guy is missing from his significant other, or lack thereof. I find that even the hardest core SW will respond better to a little sugar, rather than to vinegar.
