It took me a while to get the courage to do this because I always feared that she would only do it if she got it upfront but to my surprise, hardly any of them try to cancel when I tell them that it's either going to be afterwards or a cancellation. I just put it in on the dresser near my things so she can see the amount and know that I'm not going to screw her over. I always remind myself, "She has something I WANT, but I have something that she NEEDS. " Therefore, I am actually in a stronger position than her. Remember those words, and be willing to walk away even after you put down 20 for the room (it sucks to waste that money but better than losing much more). She almost always will yield because she won't be able to get high and feel good without the donation.
However.
This tactic probably won't work at Bissonnet. These women are pimped out and they may involve their pimp if you try to back out, particularly if she has a gorilla pimp. They will almost always want the donation upfront because they are afraid of making their pimp angry. This is one of the reasons I hate Bissonnet so much. There's always a third party member involved, even if you don't see him. He could be in a car waiting in the parking lot in case she needs him. I once got extorted on Bissonnet because I changed my mind about a SW I picked up (she kept telling me to break traffic laws to save time to the motel and kept getting an attitude with me when I refused). I had some good times on Bissonnet and met some really hot women that I could only dream about. I've got no regrets, but that place can kiss my ass.
Given the choice between being with a hot woman but she's in complete control vs. Being with an attractive woman but feeling in control, I choose the latter, but we can all make our own choices.

Sometimes there's some back & forth on this amount. I tell them I will give them more $ if it's good, then ask them if it will be good. They usually counter with some comment like "it'll be the best you'll ever have". If the performance is not up to par I tell em & don't tip. If it meets requirements I tip anywhere between $5 - 20. This incentive approach seems to make them hold their heads down longer & catch every drop & they seem to remember this when I see them again.

I used to do something similar to that but then I stopped because what some SWs do is that they take the pre-tip amount in their hands and then tell me to give them the rest of what I have. By not giving them the donation upfront, they have to at least be decent because if not, then I could dash for the donation, and just give them only part of it.
I'd be surprised if a SW ever advised a monger to withhold the donation until after the date. (Quick side step piece of advice that a SW once gave me that most of you probably do anyways. Always turn you car off and take the keys with you when you're getting the room and she's in the car waiting. I've heard a story about a SW stealing a monger's car while he was trying to check out a room.).
Another thing I do is not mention the donation until we get to the room. One benefit is the obvious avoidance of getting in trouble. But the other main benefit is that it helps me gauge her level of desperation. Any SW who doesn't mention the donation amount at all is either terrified that the monger is LE or she is truly desperate and not in a position to negotiate. The downside risk is that she might ask for an outrageous amount and in that case, I have to cancel and waste money on a room. I've already fallen through that trap a couple times. Looking back, there were SWs who asked me for 100 when they were clearly not 100 material.
Again, none of my above commentary applies to bissonnet. Bissonnet is an entirely different animal. Bissonnet is like express service. I know I slam bissonnet a lot on this board but one of the best things about bissonnet is that everything is mostly cut and dry. Find SW, pick SW up, date SW, drop SW off, DONE. No drama. Most of the time.
In my view there are different levels of SW grade with the following rates for both:
Ugly, but I'm tired of driving around and I need to bust. Less than 40.
Enough to get me hard - 40.
Attractive, but not good looking enough to be seen in public with her - 50.
Good looking, wouldn't mind being seen in public with her - 60.
Of course from time to time, I meet a 40 SW who thinks she's 60, but every once in a blue moon, I meet a 60 who only wants 40 (but I can almost guarantee you when you see her again she won't be happy with only 40 this time LOL).

I didn't deal with any of the ladies but I did ride off onto deeper sections to see where some of the ladies originate. I don't know if anyone has mentioned Clear Club Dr but if not WOW! The spot I observed was like a little Spanish Harlem. Saw one that reminded me of Rosie Perez and Shiela E but the one that really caught my eye was built like the youngest daughter on Modern Family, early 20's firm natural DDD's and all. Plenty of Latinas were around if that's your thing yet I don't know if this was a fluke due to the curfew or how many were HW as compared to ladies just doing their thing.
While Bissonnet is still moving other parts of the city is ultra quiet. Made a 1st time visit near Greenspoint along Green Rd and several points between but lacked clear directions as to were to monger so I just cruised to no avail. Even took a spin near the Wards seeing nothing. Telephone, Airline etc was clear. The only option was near 45 and Belfort. Several WSW and a few HSW all pretty in different shapes but average overall.
SWs are still out there despite world events & I picked one up recently for some good suck & spit. Yes, given all the warnings I know it's risky & socially irresponsible. But picking up SWs always is.

I took a trip out to Houston on business and as an after thought I chose to cruise the infamous Bissonnet, before heading back to Austin. I plugged in Bissonet and selected 'Bissonnet Beltway Plaza'.
As I'm a few yards from my destination I see what appears to be a HSW and pull into the Valero gas station on Woodfair Dr. Now I remind you I'm just cursing and don't expect a gem to walk by. Crackheads have nothing lose. Not getting their daily fix or having a motel room to stay in for the night is worse than getting arrested. One way you can tell that you have a crackhead on your hands is that you offer her a ride and she just enters your vehicle with little hesitation or reserve. I had some business by Bissonnet during daylight hours and wow, it's like seeing a street full of aspiring models and video vixens in all shapes, colors and sizes. There was a cop situated on the side street off the Biss and the ladies didn't even act like he was there. High miniskirts and short shorts with butt cheeks and cleavage everywhere. Unfortunately I didn't have time to partake but I did manage to meet a new friend over the weekend. She was very sweet and open providing her life story and real name but will go by the name Icy. Anyways, I was astonished that she did that. I was not about to show her mine.
I've had another SW offer to show me her driver's license, which I declined because I was not willing to reciprocate. I've also had some SWs tell me their full name when I only asked for a general name. I never tell them my real name.
If you go to the county district clerk website and type in their name, it will bring up their criminal record. Some of these SWs have a very long rap sheet. This is how I would be able to confirm that they were telling the truth about their name. Also, the physical description would often match up closely to them.
Another surprise is that many of them tell the truth about their age because their criminal record will show their age. However, some of the older SWs will lie about their age if I make the mistake of telling them my age first.

It's a tactic that psychopaths use to get another person to trust them. The SW discloses some personal information that the monger would consider highly confidential, so the monger starts to think that the SW trusts and likes him. The monger then starts to trust the SW more which is what the SW wants so that she can get more stuff out of him. SWs are always on the prowl for a patsy. They don't like standing outside for business. They want to be able to work off their phone.
I'm probably one of the lesser experienced mongers on this board but one thing I've learned about SWs is that they can never be trusted. There are no exceptions at all. I have personally gotten involved with SWs in the past and it has never turned out well.
SWs are an essential part of my emotional diet but one thing I've learned is to keep them on the streets and out of my personal life.
I am Facebook friends with several girls I met when I lived in another state. These are SWs I met on the prowl and have known a long time. All are off the streets now but the few times I've gone back for a visit they are happy to make a little money on the side. I wouldn't do it for 99% of the girls I've met but being able to reach them on Facebook is great since most of these girls lose their phones a lot. But, and it's a big but, I'm not married so I can get away with it.

I've tried that before too with no success. As for Facebook I just made a dummy account so I can get access to my favorites. Met two ladies this past week, one a HSW recently moved here from the border. Asked for her FB and she gave me everything, full name, address, family, etc. I linked with both of them and one is engaged while the other is married. I was not out looking but happened upon I45 S. The west service rd. Usually slim pickins but today there was a bumper crop. 3 WSW 2 BSW and a couple of HSWs. I could not stay and scope it out too long as I had to be somewhere. There may have been more. Some were not too bad looking. They were all the way from the 420 Adult Theater, all the way around the corner of Bellfort down to the car wash. Never seen it that busy.

This is because some of the motels are walking distance from their standing spot.
It's happened a couple times near Bissonnet too with the independent types who work from their vehicles. I just don't feel comfortable meeting them separately at motels.

I continue to be amazed that despite the lockdown & fear of COVID the SWs are still out there. As I drive around the hoods they are easier to spot now: they're the ones not wearing masks.

I got to agree with the sentiment on Bissy hoes, not worth the time or effort. Overpriced, pose too high a risk with pimps and LE presence on literally every corner. Also they lack the hunger that true SW's have, most of these ladies are well fed Professional extortionist. When I began as a young monger Bissy was my first stroll and I learned a lot of rules of the monger game. My first time I was like a bright eyed kid walking into a candy store, until I realized I was over paying for a half assed service.
Anyways I have found the AL & CT stroll a bit more conducive to the monger life. Quality is not as high as Bissy but it's far better hunting, you got to do a few laps to find something which is honestly half the fun, prices are the SW standard and not the inflated touristy price on Bissy. I've had some some A1 throat service from there. Haven't been out lately due to COVID.
