If the person is already infected then it is playing Russian roulette. A friend of mine was so scared even with his GF but somehow got infected with HPV (Genital human papillomavirus (also called HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI). There are more than 40 HPV types that can infect the genital areas of males and females. These HPV types can also infect the mouth and throat. Most people who become infected with HPV do not even know they have it. There is no cure for HPV but neither it is life threatening.) I strongly feel, BBJ or BBFS is not worth the risk unless you are in to RR. Though there are many STD's / STI's including HIV the HPV is most common here in USA. Worst by the time person realizes the infection it is already transmitted to many more.
Even using a cover does not guarantee the safety, risk is far more less than doing it BB.
