A couple have been overnight dates at my house.
I bring up the allowance ahead of time.
I only pay per date. (I have found most girls are only interested in a per date arrangement, despite the flowery wording on their profiles).
I typically pay 200-300 per. (even the overnight dates).

Additionally I always meet them at a restaurant for coffee or occasionally a meal and most often at night. I do this so I can control the situation and I'll drive her to my place, (taking a somewhat round about way to get there and then a different way back) we have fun and then I take her back to her car. Most girls I've done this with haven't really picked up on that, usually turned to face me as we drive and talking.
I will have worked out what I'm looking for and what she's comfortable with before we meet so I know she's a player. When we meet I discuss what I'll pay and what my terms are. I do this after we meet because sometimes the goods aren't what's advertised and I can back out if I don't like what I see.
I also ONLY now pay per meet. I've done the advance thing when I began SD a few years back, and it has NEVER worked out. Eventually you'll get stiffed so that's my policy now. Cash after the deed each time we meet. Hasn't been a problem since.
As to the rest, it's like any negotiation. She goes high, you go low, you meet in the middle and it's set. I'll often tell them I'm willing to meet more than once a week just to close the deal quickly. It give me the option to do so or just be a one and done.
