Buy a prepaid T-mobile phone and a reload card somewhere, using cash.

You can also buy a cheap unlocked GSM phone and a T-Mobile SIM card, that works too.

What I did ages ago, I hope this is still good info:

Register it (probably online) using a fake name and (somebody's) real address. I used a bogus porn name. The address could be anything, but make sure it's a valid address somewhere or the system won't find it in its database. Have a hobby email account ready to do an additional verification step, if required.

T-Mobile will only know that "Ron Jeremy" is a new renter at 123 XYZ Street.

Buy refill cards with cash as needed. If you need Internet, turn on the Hotspot function on your primary phone and connect the new phone to the net via WiFi.

I've never sent a penny upfront and never will. The sincere and real ones will come in and understand that they only get it when they arrive. I am not super picky, but prefer average or smaller in size, less than 35 in age and other than no AA, I am pretty much wide open so it can't be that my search parameters are too narrow.
