So I was getting some pho Friday night and my car got flyered with a Cafe Ao Dai flyer. Looks like they are having a grand opening event from April 30 to May 6. According to the flyer, looks like they had a singer on the 30th host and sign autographs and on April 30th to May 1st they had a lion dance. They are also having various 1 dollar specials throughout the week from May 2nd to May 6th. The specials are Machiatto Monday, Latte Tuesday, Cappucino Wednesday, Pour Over Thursday, and Cold Brew Friday. There's also a logo for Intelligentsia fresh roasted coffee on the flyer. Looks like they are pushing hard for this rebranding and are going a more conservative route with possibly better coffee.

You can walk that stretch between Ao Dai, Starz, and Di Vang 2, and decide which one to hit. Plus there's never any parking in the lot over at 368. So might as well park on the street here, and walk a block and a half up Euclid to get into 368.

Was just at 168 watching the spurs-okc game. A team of 10 gang unit officers suddenly walked in. They went right into the back and checked the bathroom and the kitchen. At the time, the girls were all wearing usual bikinis. The crowd were fine. The officer stayed for about 10 min, watching the cafes and then they left. I headed over to 368. The cute asian girl was at the front, the room was half empty. I counted 2 girls working. I left without sitting down, when I was leaving the parking lot, I saw 4 tustin gang units cars drove by. All filled with 3/4 officers.

If you REALLY want attention from the girls, it definitely wouldn't hurt to tip the girl who takes your order / refills your tea upfront while they are serving you. But personally, I prefer to sit back and enjoy the view.

There are always a good handful of non-asian dudes hanging out around these shops. Asian or otherwise. Like Cafe Lu and Cafe Vui in adjacent strip malls on Harbor.

Quan Khat on Beach is another place to avoid. Quan Moi on Brookhurst probably sucks too since they have some of the same girls.

For better service, go to the digit places pretty much any day. On the weekend hit up DV2, Starz, and Ao Dai, three cafes along Euclid. Weekends are also good over at Cafe Dang on Westminster.

Regarding 368, I never go on Sunday mornings because it tends to be so packed, but I'm surprised they had overweight girls working. Stopped by Starz next. Mediocre compared to what it was like last year. I was really hoping it perked up more since the recent reviews have been favorable. Girls are generally friendlier here, but they mostly have the same few working here the last few times I've visited with maybe 1 or 2 new ones.

Ao Dai next, just purely out of curiosity. Walked in, saw that everyone was covered up in their gowns. Walked out. Quite unforunate how it has changed since M cutie. Used to be my favorite while it was still good and before 368 rolled around. Guess they are really going for a different vibe.

Lastly, 168. Was there only for a short period. Shows as usual, but the girls are quite a bit thicker compared to 368, if you're into that.

Guangzhou has some questionable hiring strategy, minus Diana. Haven't been back since the 1st few weeks of their grand opening, but their insta pics haven't helped in that regard.

If you're going to do a tour like this, be sure to switch up your drinks. My first time doing this, I had like 3 coffees in the morning and it REALLLLLLY hit me by noon. Hahhahah O_O.

Hahhahah O_O.[/QUOTE]Thanks to your trip report I finally decided to take the plunge and check out the cafes and am I sorry I didn't start by following your advice all that coffee and dirty water "green tea" made for a very long drive on the 605 with rush hour traffic LOL.

My favorite of the 4 places I went to was 168 in location and girls there were only 3 girls serving but 1 latina looking girl was doing most the refills and seemed the most friendly.

Then I went to 368 they had about 5 or 6 serving a couple of latinas and the others were vietnamese I guess from what one of the girls at 168 had mentioned they were supposedly hotter because there was alot of bolt on part but imo I think the 168 girls were hotter only saw one latina doing refills giving a good view but the cafe overall was gross was hot and just reeked of smoke I think between the little latina with the refills and the hot cashier the rest were just ok looking.

The I headed to starz that place was just a little bit better than 368 in just the interior of the place there were only 2 vietnamese girls serving with very nice asses and then 2 new girls showed up for shift change which were a step down in looks imo I thought the cashier looked hottest of them all in that cafe she was a little older than the girls wearing a dress but could tell she had bolt ons but was very goodlooking only stayed there for about 20 minutes as soon as the first shift left.

The my final Place was Guangzhou it was a very nice interior but only 2 girls working one was the sister some of you had mentioned I thought she looked very good great ass and good looking and a white girls flat chested with a big ass th ass that looked nice but her personality / additude was a buzz kill not that she had a bad additude just that everyone alse I encountered was very cheery and she was just ehh.

Also by the girls giving shows sometimes do you guys mean when they do the refills or they actually do shows at some point in time whatever it may be?

Starz packed at noon on Sunday for the Frace v Iceland soccer match. To squeeze more customers inside they took out the large booths and replaced them with a row of smaller cushioned benches along the walls. Must have been over a hundred guys inside. The girls had to squeeze their way between the customers to deliver drinks. I had at least three 20-21 year old hot Viet girls rub their tight little bare butts on my arm and shoulder as they squeezed past my table. Very nice. Five hot young girls working. If you live near a cafe, looking at hot Asian coffee girls is way better in person.
