I don't think Tin Eye ever says a pic is okay. A "no search result" means the URL search (right panel) or the pixel search (left panel) was not found in a search of Tin Eye's inventory.
Tin Eye "crawls" the internet for images like Google "crawls" for text. In that way Tin Eye builds it's inventory of images. But the internet is always ahead of the game. Tin Eye is always behind. There are images on the internet that Tin Eye hasn't captured yet.
What I don't know is if the rate new images are added to the internet is greater or less than the rate Tin Eye "crawls." Tin Eye could be catching up or falling further behind each day.
Still it is a good tool.
The real trick is interpreting a result when found. A "positive" find could still be the same woman in front of the camera, posted by the same woman, or by a different poster. There's no way to tell who the poster is. Finding the same pic gives no clue on the poster.
