I'm not sure by what you mean by 'strange'. However, it is VERY common to have providers not pick up their phone calls even when they have given U-turn-by-turn directions almost to their front door. Not that it will make you feel any better, but I have it happen to me ALL the time. Unless I know the girl really well, and even then they sometimes have excuses as to why.

To say that they are quite often rude would be an understatement. However, many of these girls have drug habits and / or pimps and might not always remember what they learned at Finishing School.

I like to have several numbers for girls in the same general area. I usually have about 2 or 3 extra. Now a days, I use my IPhone whenever a appointment doesn't work out, and before you know it there is another one being called.
