I've been tempted to see Candace too...someone was telling me that you may be able to talk her down to .6 for a half hour. But she has generally good reviews from what I've read and looks attractive in her pics.
I've seen Candace quite a few times and always liked her. Offers all the usual stuff plus Greek. She can be hard to reach, but always fun to be around. Here's some new pics and her latest CL link. There's been some pretty in-depth reviews on her here in the past, plus a few on CL; all good. PM me if you need more info.

She is clean but was at a dump on Delk Rd. last time. I will call her for sure when in Atl next time.

Tell us how it turns out...if you are nice about it and just tell her that it is all you can afford, maybe she'll go for it. It just comes down to how much is worth it to her for her time and how much it is worth to you. And also, how much you can afford...I haven't been paying much more than $60 lately because I can't afford more and thankfully, some providers are reasonable and will accept this amount for their services.

I usually ask them on the phone how much a given amount of time costs, and then either take it or leave it. For those that successfully haggle, do you do it over the phone or when you get there? Do you even bring up money on the phone?
Candace really IS a sweet girl, who really tries her best to please, and is quite skilled at oral. (I think perhaps she's had some practice!) Treat her right, guys...and (I know I'll kick myself for saying this) don't cut her rates down too much! The girl has to make a living, after all!
Saw Candace today and I will say it was interesting to say the least. First thank god for this site because it allows you to raise and lower your standards based on previous reviews. U defintly know what your getting into prior to your visit. In this case it was definiitly an asset to have as it was pretty much dead on. so here we go....
Well for starters, she had her mom give me directions to her place which definitly freaked me out. Well once I arrived at her place her mom ( again, weird) met me downstairs in the parking lot and told me where to go meet her. at this point I felt like NBC Dateline was setting me up for a" to catch a hobbyist" tv show. Well I got to the room, went in and found candace. She looks as described and defintily acts like not only a rock star, but a true Mick jagger ( better yet Keith richards) type rock star. she is however sweet as can be. We agreed on 1 hour 2 bills for everyting. she does give excellent service and will let you do what ever you like. The room by the way, was not as bad looking as I expected. I ended up opting for the half and she generously charged me only 1 bill. Not sure if I will see her again because of the strange mom introduction factor but I wiould suggest seeing her if you have the time.. As far as haggling, its not really a problem, she is very accomadating and generous.
Only knocks were the entire mother thing and the fact she removes her false tooth before oral. Really wish I haddnt seen that

Well it's not really a problem if you want to pay $$, but some of us don't believe that even great service is worth that in all but the rarest of cases.
But thanks for the detailed and informative review. It does echo what others have said...I haven't really read anything negative about Candace yet, so it will all depend on whether she and I can agree on a price at some point.
And to answer the kogal_lover's question, I usually "haggle" in e-mail if possible but will do it on the phone if necessary. I always make it clear that the provider's services sound great and they are certainly "worth" what they is asking, but I just can't afford that right now. I say that I understand if she can't work with me and I'll keep her in mind in the future if have more money.
Often they will come down in the price although you do take a risk of them cutting back on the quality of service as a result. I've had this happen a couple of times where it was clear they were unhappy about accepting less $. So it is a risk that you take and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn't.
I figure that if I can pay a "reasonable amount" (to me), then it is more likely I will see the provider multiple times, so she probably comes out ahead in the end anyway.

When I called for directions she told me the guy would be in the yard working on a car when I got there. That was not something I was expecting. Once I got there she was larger than I had expected. I really thought about leaving but decided that since I was there I might as well stay. The experience was not as bad as the other stuff. She really seemed to enjoy her work and we had a good time. Do not know if I would go back or not but mainly I have seen better looking providers posting.
