Isn't there a law everywhere now, that states, you are required to stop and render aid?

So, Officer! … I just happened to get lost and I ended up driving in this bad part of town somehow. I then noticed this hot looking girl all alone out on the street and I feared for her safety (nice Joe that I am). Since I didn't want to risk getting into trouble with the law for failure to stop and render aid... That is why I stopped, to pick up and save a damsel in distress. I was even going to offer to take her to a motel room so she can rest a bit. :)

I think we can come up with what if scenarios all day long. I think the LE that pulled me over for having a SW in my car said it best. "I know what you were up to, but I am going to let you go because I don't want to pursue this case in the courts..." I think most LE would rather harrass you and try to scare this sh*t out of you than try to pursue the legal route knowing that the chances of them losing in court is highly likely. In the three times I have been pulled over I have never had a LEO that has bought my story, yet I still have a squeeky clean record. What does that tell you.

I submitted a report back on April 3 where I encountered our "fine boys in blue"--and I mean no disrespect, Mr. Officer reading this. I am all for you guys keeping the law and busting those pimps! Anyway, my encounter was a little less questionable since I never had a girl with me. LEO was a little premature in his busting...my girls were walking down the street and I was waiting for them to arrive. He basically harassed me to get off the street and it almost worked. You can read the details in the earlier report.

It's been a long time since I reported here. Excess work and the summer heat has kept me off the streets. Seems like the heat has kept my girlfriends off the street as well. I've had to resort to visiting one of the AMPs mentioned in some of these posts, but they shall remain nameless until more girls start hitting the streets of McD and VB. I don't want too much business going to my current favorite AMP and then having them shut down.

As an aside and to brag a little, I noted in prior posts that I visited Thailand and Manila back in May. I made a return visit in early July to Bangkok and hooked up with one of my govt employee friends (based in Manila) who spends too much time in Afghanistan. We had a great time, but he also gave me the scoop on Manila and Cambodia (his favorite). Seems too many retired military, now "private security" types from Iraq and other war zones have taken over Manila as they visit on company-sponsored R&R. They've sent the prices soaring to the range we pay on craigslist. Paying $200 for a LBFM in Manila is just not right!!! What's wrong with this world???!!! I'm ready to vote the Democrats back into the Presidency if this keeps up!

Because of the Manila prices, my buddy spends his R&R in Phnom Penh. In addition to the girls, he has become a big fan of the friendly people and laid back lifestyle. We're trying to plan a trip together in late 2007. I'll let you know how it goes.

Just wanted to share what may be useful info for you guys. Some active areas over the last month (off and on) have been as follows:

--McDowell: 16th St to 44th St
--24th St: VB to Thomas
--16th St: VB to Indian School, occasionally north to Missouri
--19th Ave: Mostly from Glendale to Peoria, occasionally south to Bethany Home or north to Cactus, sporadic to Bell
--Broadway: mostly Stapley to Gilbert
--Main St: mostly from the Tempe/Mesa border to Gilbert

About 4 working ladies outside of store by payphones around 1:30am. One was a very sexy white female about 5'7" with heels on and very attractive. She would not give me the time of day but the rest would but they weren't on my radar. I left and called it a night.

Surprisingly enough, it looks like there's some action to be had there, or else girls dressed in questionable outfits like to hang out on streets under constant construction. I think they walk over from the hotels and hang there.

I had some time last night so I took a cruise into Tempe and Mesa.

In Tempe there was NADA. Not even at the circle K. Took a trip into Mesa down Main St. Saw a young looking Blonde at Mcclintock and Main she was hot but not sure if she was actually a workin girl or not. Continuted down main then at Country Club went down to Broadway. Took Broadway to Gilbert. There was a chucky latina at the QT I pulled into the QT to pick her up but she had crossed the street and someone in a pickup got her at the check cashing place. Kept heading down Broadway and inside the little strip mall between Stapley and Gilbert there was a nice hispanic girl who was hangin out talking on her phone. I pulled in but she ignored me then some hispanic guy pulled up got out and said something to her then went into the store came out and they got into his car and they left. Oh well strike 2.

I took Gilbert up to Main went East on Main to Recker then busted a you and drove back down Main into Tempe and headed home. Still not much action out there and I figured there would be with the nice temps at night now.

McDowell was crawling with girls today at about 12:30am. Sighted 1 bsw on 28, then another one on 33ave, then another one in a small street before getting to 51ave and then another 3 on the north east corner of 51th ave. First time i've ever seen so many good looking sw's out there, no strung out girls out tonight. No, my radar was not malfunctioning, i'm pretty sure they where all working girls :).

Besides having plenty of good sightings, I also had some good laughs. Someone here need to write a mongers special driving rules guide, plenty of guys out there need it.

Saw a WSW on Bell just east of I-17 a couple days ago. Young and hot, I wouldn't be surprised if she advertises on CL. Wearing a red top, showed she was nicely endowed on top. Had on a denim miniskirt that was WAY too short to be innocent. I was within a few feet of her in the car and I swear she didn't have any panties on. Unfortunately, a couple guys in a white pickup (pimps?) I saw her talking to earlier came up behind me like they were gonna do shady stuff, so I drove out of the area. This was on Tue afternoon.
