It seems a lot of places go for the instant payout vs longer game with keeping a customer happy.

It is, to me, awkward, to sit there and wait, sometimes hearing the prior customer, um, finish, then they come in and get you next. So when she tells me it will be ten minutes, I say that I will come back. But it doesn't stop another one to come in, and then wait. Once your in the room, your at a big disadvantage if someone stops in for a "visit" LOL.

I was at a place, just got in the room and she said it would be 10 or 15 minutes. So, I got my money back and said I would come back. Kinda funny but I did come back after maybe 20 minutes and they were closed. I knew I was at the end of the evening but didn't want to rush the other person out.
