Since I guess I started the whole issue, let me just provide a last bit of clarity.

For one, some seem to have missed the whole context. If you read the original posts, I clearly am speaking of a SW who got in my car demanding above market rates, and commenting on a post where it was reported the girl demanded way above market rate. The convo somehow shifted to what folks choose to give as extra on their own. I personally don't agree with ever paying above market rate, but that wasn't even the primary focus.

Secondly and again, choosing not to overpay is not disrespectful, as some have implied I was being. Talking a little shit with the fellas is not the same as disrespecting someone to their face. Some of the indicators of pure competition are: ease of entry into the market for suppliers, nearly identical goods, suppliers are price takers, not price drivers, meaning the acts of any one supplier has zero affect on market price of goods and suppliers must accept the natural price caused by supply and demand. Google it, fellas. There is zero reason to pay above market price and even less to berate a fellow monger because he chooses not to.

You have to keep your guard up at all times. As for pricing, I have at times chosen to tip as much as $20 on top of standard tuition and very rarely I have shelled out even more then that. However, I agree that over paying only causes more trouble then helping. These women are quick to develop expectations of how much they should be paid very quickly. And I believe that if you are nice and decide to give them a finger they will end up trying to take an arm. Each monger should tip at their discretion, but we should all respect the game. If you want to spend $60 on a street hoar you should just go and date a regular girl and take her to a fancy dinner date, ain't no sense paying that type of money for street meat, even if she does toss your salad.

So I finally picked up Francheska. She had a big jacket on in the middle of a hot day and complained about her hand.
