Typically I will wait 15-20 minutes as I think that's reasonable and I want her to freshen up first. Often when they need you to wait it's because they've double booked and took the first one to get there. If I have time I wait but if not I split.

Agree 15 minutes leave after 15 minutes and don't give them a big count down such as I am leaving in this amount of minutes. I just leave.
