I dreamt I got off work last night at midnight and headed to Roosevelt / wcr I picked up a thick light-skinned BSW I never seen before she was standing in front of the tire shop we went to a spot on the other side of the tracks she gave one helluva BBBJ while arching her fatty up in the air for me to play with then I got behind her in the back seat. First, a citation isn't an arrest, so there won't be an arrest record.

Secondly, if you DO decide to go to court to protest the citation, the law basically says that if you can provide an explanation which dispels any possibility that you were a monger on the hunt, the court has to drop it. Though frankly it's probably actually easier and cheaper to just pay the fine. I'm ornery enough that I'd probably fight it, just to cost them more than the revenue they'll gain.

This is an anti harassment ordinance, by the way, not an actual state law; state law specifically allows counties and municipalities to have loitering ordinances, which are all about revenue first, and deterrence second. They are also racist as fuck (I assume you're black, because white folk pretty much don't get loitering charges; apologies to the admin if that violates a forum rule to say, but it's true.).

I'll tell you my catch-all "reason" for ever being parked anywhere, no matter how suspicious: "officer, I needed to respond to a text". Texting while driving IS a violation of state law, so what are they going to do? Good luck pitting your 3rd level municipal ordinance against my 17th level state law! Pwned.

It's hard to advise going ahead and getting an attorney, because it costs much more than the fine, but you can always get a free consult.

Well I was out so I figure I hit my favorite destination so I got there around 2 am I figure wasn't going to be much out which it wasn't but to my surprise I ran up on this sexy darkskin BSW around the super inn. Hit the stroll about 8 tonight and man it was some action around the strip clubs I counted about 5 hot BSW around that perimeter. I didn't talk to any of them cause I really wasn't looking for sex at the time but I like to window shop sometimes. Last year parked in front of a low level motel about 2 am (out of ordinary nice car for that place probably attract attention). Next thing I know there's a cop bangin on my window with a flashlight. I roll the window down a bit. He asks what I'm doing and I hold my phone up, duh. He says's can you get your driver's license for me? I say are you asking or telling? He says I'm asking you to get your driver's license for me. I say no. He says so you're not going to give me your license? I say no. He walks away. If a cop asks that means you can say no. If he tells then you better get it. Best thing is to ask if they're asking or telling. Plus I knew I hadn't done shit either. Yet.

Well wasn't much action as the previous night but did see a few descents SW's out both WSW and BSW. Ok this happened yesterday while I was driving to make some deliveries we took FIB. And to be honest I didn't see nothing but a bunch big fat B**ches working the block and most of them appeared not to be crack heads. Well this happened a few days ago but of course I see SW'$ walking down memorial Dr all the time and I'm talking about mainly the stone mountain end. This morning I made a little side trip for recon only since I didn't really have any funds available. There were 5 BSW and 1 WSW on the corner of Welch and Fletcher at about 6:00 am. Yea you can hit the side streets and get them but for some reason they like to stand on the corner where five o can be lurking anywhere cause metro is a busy street unless late at night then you can catch them on the corners and not get busted. Now FIB picking up a chick there is way easier cause you have those back streets to pick them up on so you not in the open cause it's isolated on those back streets mostly. I mean you wouldn't just stop in the street on FIB and tell a SW hop in unless you want to get busted right. Thats the beauty of FIB the back streets and side streets it's so easy to get them there. Metro is a residential area so the side streets you have housing projects there and people just sitting outside watching every damn thing. Like I said in previous post I don't really fuck with metro no more too many cops over there and on those side streets just every once in a blue moon I will hit metro.
The back streets on FIB isn't what I call wide open cause it's no traffic at all on those back streets vs metro where as the back streets are mostly residential areas so some fool could even call the cops if they see you picking up a SW
