Most guys will find a girl downstairs and invite her up. But most girls will expect a VIP room if you invite them upstairs. I only page a girl if I know she's working and she knows I'm coming. The bartender calls down to the DJ and he pages her up to the second floor. Newbies don't do this, it's something you'll work out with a girl over time if you'd like.
