Finally, what I actually spend my money on the most in Japan is oppai pubs. Dirt cheap compared to soapland. For 200, I can go through about 9 girls including drinks for them. For oppai pubs, if you can't speak Japanese go to Luxe in Shinjuku. It is 100% foreigner friendly and English only is okay.
