The exception is if she then returns and spends some time before asking for another, is nice about it (apologizes for keeping me waiting), and is not chronic about it. Usually, though, when those types do come back (a gold-digger who struck gold won't), they suck the drink then ask for another.
You are correct; when possible BGs typically will strategically seat their customers in locations that allow them to multitask. That is, keep an eye on you (to see if you're letting another girl sit there, and especially to catch you leaving, as you noted), while makng money off another guy.
I never park in visual range of the bar entrance (girls will rarely venture beyond several feet of the door if it looks like you're going down the road). In case of a sour, psycho, or just plain crazy BG, you don't want her knowing which car to key, or what license plate number to tell her cop friends to look-up for her.

GK[/QUOTE]Not all BGs do this as often as others. Some are just known for wanting to do this. The length of stay depends on what may come up. A regular may walk in, she excuses herself to go use restroom.
A BG will keep you there while she says: "hello hunnee" to her other regulars that walks in. It's a means of keeping you there so that you don't leave and that no other BG comes by to sit down. It's a good way of excusing herself and you not leaving. Leaving the drink is like placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. She knows you're going to feel bummed to just leave considering that you just got her the drink. When a BG does that to a customer, what's his reaction?
"Damn, where she went? She didn't even touch her drink yet!"
So, he would sit there and wait until she does come back. If she doesn't come back, no big deal to her because the other guy she greeted is already spending more than you. When she says: "I come back" try stand up and look for her. You can bet she talking to someone at the bar or sitting with someone at another booth.

They'll have different strategies but the goal is to max the money-making with minimum effort; lay the trap and see what wanders in.
KBGs try to make everybody feel special and convince them that they're smart before going for the jugular. LVB suicide is painless that way.
It was very slow in town Saturday. BE, Jehuty, and Lumps were bar hopping hitting the same bars. All 3 of you are the shall we say NOT shy types, LOL. So was wondering if you guys ran into each other at any of the bars? All 3 of you were giving live reports too. (love live reports). Did you see any blue shoes for example? I don't think you guys went Casino though. However, I was in the corner so was hard to see, LOL.
Not a good night to bar hop, as majority of the bars I went to last night were slow. First up was Sakura Jin. 4 old ladies on duty; was obvious that none of them were Myra or her friend Marie. When I left only had one other guy in there, should've took that as a sign to go home. But I hard head, so figure I'd check out 904 next. The only reason I wanted to stop in here, was because my coworker was raving about what a good time he had with this Mongolian chick. Get in and was surprised that I got IDed! The bartender said that the manager thought I looked kinda young! So showed her my drivers license and everything was good. Sat at the bar and scanned the place to see which girl was the Mongolian. Wasn't really impressed with the lineup and didn't look like the girl was there, so left 10 mins. later. Next figure I'd hit Vegas III, before I went to the gym. Couldn't be any worse then the previous bars I went to. I was right, the bartender was young and cute. Was going to ID me until she found out I was drinking green tea. WTF! I dunno if I really look that young or they doing that to flatter me into staying! But, hey I ain't goin complain. I taking all the compliments I can get. Especially from someone as young and pretty as her. Getting back to Vegas, had better looking girls there then the last 2 bars I was at. The one girl with the yellow Playboy shirt was kinda hot, from the way she was talking she was either viet. Or Chinese. But I couldn't keep my eyes off the bartender. What a hottie! Would repeat if she sit with me!

Visited a few spots around the Kapiolani area. It's been awhile for me so was a fun outing.
At first I thought using blue as the color was not the best idea because almost everyone wears blue, especially me. So when I saw the blue shirts and women's tops, I figured meh.
But, as the night wore on, it became pretty obvious that blue was the color of choice, especailly by the BGs. Appears that the BGs on Kapiolani (don't remember the names, like is said it's been awhile for me) must read the forum, as noted by the blues. While the ones on Sheridan the blues were not as prevelant. Was going to drink at one on Kapiolani, if facing mauka, the second one from the left. But an old ROB that I remember grabbed me and wanted to take me down. Said going restroom and snuck out the back door. Ended up at the bar next to Camelot. The one in the middle of the three. Had one hot looking one with some nice puppies showing but as with all the hot ones, was with a LVB. We just watched the eye candy. But funny, not much blue there.
I went to Kools for a quick one on Sat, no blue there either.
In conclusion, I believe that there has to be hundreds of readers of this forum. And thanks to whomever came up with this idea because my friends and I were really amused at the blue turn out. They really didn't know about the forum, just came along with me to shoot the bull and catchup. Hopefully they will start posting or maybe just lurk.
Geez, can you believe my connection is so slow that this report took me 2 hours to write? From trying to bootup to finish typing.

You right, Uki, the bars in the Sheridan / Makaloa areas (up to three / four years ago) used to be busy 4-5 days per week; full of neko buyers and huge amounts of pupus. Now got to get connections for chips (or not even offered) ; nowadays, I rather not eat bar food because salty, fatty, and over-priced; no feel good go home full stomach. I know plenty guys who ate bar food daily for dinner and they got sick (colon) later in life. Just IMO. I kaukau veggies for pupu whenever possible and the KBGs happy to bring it out. Maybe UH football season will bring the crowds out to the KBs once again.

I guess thats why before the turnover rate was kind of high. It wasn't until Patty opened Camelot things got more stable. Kapiolani though back in the day was happening. New Office and Casino alone were enough. Eventually Maya picked up her game and the vb came in exposing us to really skimpy uniforms in a bar. Those were the fun days. Here's a little fun flashback, remember when Camelot was Rodeo? I think they made the change from being a kb to a vb or vice versa.

Things like this really boggle the mind when you can go to Palama and buy a couple cases of bekseju for what the bars charge for one bottle. That is a major profit! Granted, they split the charges with the girl, but when your cut is $80-$100 for a $5 bottle of liquor, you should be happy.

Always want more more more. If you had your last $20 & told them you need it for lunch, the girl would say,"I'll bring you lunch honey." BUT will Never show up! They try ignore the fact that we agreed upon doing a one time charge for $$ or whatever.
