I talked to one of the girls and they stay in there 24 hours and sleep while they can. That obviously isn't a great thing. So I won't name the place.

I've had good experiences and had no so great ones with different girls there, as always YMMV. I've also visited health more than my fair share. As with other spas, I've gotten better service and more access with more visits. Sounds like you just had a bad experience or maybe a rival trying to tank health spa based on your number of reviews.

On this same page everyone keeps talking about the same two places. These are the places to consider going to.
Was in town early Friday morning and decided to visit one of my favorite AMPs and try a new one. Started out going by Lily A's. When I pulled into the parking lot noticed LE hanging out on the side by the street so decided to pass. Most likely they were there because of the dispensary but it made me a bit uneasy.
