Directions to HK is very simple, If you have a GPS with Mexico map, it would take you there. The address:

2009, Calle Coahuila, Zona Nte. , 22000 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

If you cross over on foot, just tell the taxi driver, Hong Kong, and pay him 50 pesos or $5 max. If you drive over, here my simple direction so you won't get lost:

1. Drive to the end of FWY 5, follow traffic on a right turn into Mexico's Chaparral check point.

2. Exiting Chaparral, stay on the left, go on a bridge back to the old fwy 5 entry into Mexico.

3. The road splits 3 ways. Take the left lane into CENTRO.

4. That left lane turns into Calle 3 heading West into downtown.

5. Turn RIGHT onto NEGRETE.

6. After 2 traffic lights, at the USA sign and Calgary Chapel in a dark area without street lights, turn left onto Calle Coahuila. HK is about half mile, 2 traffic lights on left hand side.

Out of curiosity, I went to have a look. Pretty dead on harbor. But in the residential side of Haz, it reminded of a post Saigon pullout movie. It really depends on the girl. There is some girls that will let you pay afterwards. Part of the problem is that there is lot less of the good ones in Socal so it makes it a bit harder.
