The bad news for you: Wouldn't recommend her because of longstanding problems with personality, attitude and service. Don't remember any favorable reports on her ever being posted on the forum.

However, if a monger had to choose one time period when she and female providers in general are most likely to be seen, in my experience it would currently be from about 4 a.m. to about 6:30 a.m.
