Not for the Kraft case, but for future cases. When the judges say the warrant to install cameras in the spa "didn't include instructions on how to minimize surveilling legitimate massages" it just sounds like they're saying, hey dumb asses, next time try including these instructions and you might be fine. Hope I'm wrong.
By the way, the reason this is all happening is because I just started getting into AMP earlier this year. My apologies.

I was thinking the same thing. But even if they were able to use that video as evidence it would be hard to see how you can convict if there is no audio. Seems you would need that verbal agreement of this much $ for this act. But I am not a lawyer so what the hell do I know.

That said, it's not like places aren't periodically busted. The only issue / concern I would have would be of places that were shut down temporarily -- and then re-opened. I'd hold off on that, but after the Kraft story, anyone with a brain in their head running their joint is going to check for any cameras and isn't going to fall for said trick. Nor even fall for a Fake problem in the first place without their eye on it. So I Highly doubt that is happening, but if it is, any 'threat' is extremely short-lived. I would say far more likely Mikki going there, being as blatant as she normally has been, got caught doing something by an LOE under-cover. But again, Mikki's a legend in the greater Lansing area -- not some classic run-of-the-mill gal working at a massage parlor.

Bad timing if that's the case. Or basically they decided to camp out there a bit while scaring / shoo-ing guys away. But again, an AMP getting shut down isn't some new concept by any means. I think one would be jumping the gun to assume cops are going to give a faux reason to a parlor to temporarily have it close due to operational issues to plant cameras all around. Especially with it not working out so well in the Kraft situation.
